Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rpsketches.com (the "Site") and any creative services or art print purchases made through it. The Site is operated by Gaussian Blur (OPC) Private Limited (CIN: U22300UP2021OPC153185, GSTIN: 09AAJCG3038Q1Z0), operating under the brand name "RP Sketches" ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, placing an order, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we offer

The Site offers two distinct things:

  • Creative services — brand identity, motion design, storyboarding, pitch deck design, illustration, and exhibition/campaign design, sold as project-based packages (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) as described on our Pricing page.
  • Art prints — original artwork sold as physical, made-to-order prints in Starter, Signature, or Premium tiers, shipped worldwide.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and payments are processed securely through Razorpay. An order or project engagement is confirmed only once payment is successfully verified. For art prints, you must provide accurate shipping details at checkout — we are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect address information you provided.

3. Creative service projects

Turnaround times, number of revision rounds, and deliverables vary by plan and are set out on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Timelines begin once we have received all information and assets required from you to start work, and may be extended by delays in your feedback or asset delivery. Source files are delivered as specified for your plan upon final payment and project completion.

4. Art print orders

Art prints are made to order. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from order confirmation, worldwide. Risk of loss or damage in transit is covered by our quality guarantee — see our Refund Policy for how to report a damaged, defective, or missing order.

5. Intellectual property

Until a project is paid in full, all concepts, drafts, and working files remain the intellectual property of Gaussian Blur (OPC) Private Limited. Upon full payment, ownership and usage rights transfer to you as described in your plan (source files, usage license, or IP transfer for Enterprise engagements). Original artwork sold as prints remains the intellectual property of the artist; purchasing a print does not transfer reproduction rights unless separately agreed in writing.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information.
  • Respond to requests for feedback or assets in a timely manner so project timelines can be met.
  • Use our deliverables lawfully and in line with the license granted under your plan.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refund eligibility for both creative service projects and art print orders are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order or project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
