Refund Policy

Effective date: September 3, 2026

This policy explains when you're eligible for a refund from Gaussian Blur (OPC) Private Limited, operating under the brand name "RP Sketches", for creative service projects and art print orders purchased through rpsketches.com.

1. Creative service projects

If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope of a project, we issue a full refund. Partial refunds for work already in progress are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account how much work has been completed and delivered at the time of cancellation.

Before work begins: full refund if you cancel before we start on your project.
Work in progress: partial refund reflecting completed work, minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
Work delivered: once final deliverables for the agreed scope have been handed over and accepted, the project is considered complete and is non-refundable.

2. Art print orders

You can return an art print for any reason within 7 days of delivery, including simply changing your mind. Return postage is free — a prepaid return label is included in the box — and there is no restocking fee. Send the print back unused and in its original packaging, and we refund you in full once it reaches us.

Separately, and with no time limit on reporting a fault at delivery, our 100% quality guarantee covers the following:

Damaged in transit: a free replacement or full refund if your print arrives damaged.
Defective or incorrect item: a free replacement or full refund if we shipped the wrong artwork, size, or tier, or the print quality is defective.
Not delivered: a full refund if your order does not arrive within a reasonable time past the estimated 7–15 business day delivery window and we cannot locate it with the courier.
Cancellation before dispatch: full refund if you cancel before your order has entered production or been dispatched. After dispatch, use the 7-day return above instead.

3. How to request a refund

Email rp25@live.com within 7 days of delivery (or, for undelivered orders, within 7 days of the expected delivery window closing) with your order or payment ID and a description of the issue. For damaged or defective prints, please include a photo — this helps us resolve your request faster and improve our packaging and print quality.

4. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original Razorpay payment method and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Non-refundable circumstances

Creative service deliverables that have already been completed and handed over per the agreed scope.
Delivery delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
Art prints returned after the 7-day window, or returned used, damaged by the customer, or without their original packaging.
