This Privacy Policy explains how Gaussian Blur (OPC) Private Limited (CIN: U22300UP2021OPC153185, GSTIN: 09AAJCG3038Q1Z0), operating under the brand name "RP Sketches" ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit rpsketches.com or engage our services (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

a. Information you provide directly

  • Contact form: name, email address, budget range, service of interest, and your message.
  • Service & art print orders: name, email, phone number, and — for physical art print orders — your shipping address (address lines, city, state, and pincode), so we can dispatch your order.
  • Client portal: your email address, used to send a one-time passcode (OTP) for passwordless login.

b. Information collected automatically

  • Standard server request logs (page requested, timestamp, response status) retained briefly by our hosting provider for security and debugging.
  • Aggregate, cookie-less usage analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type, page-load performance) via Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. These do not use tracking cookies and do not identify you individually.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries submitted via our contact form.
  • To process and fulfil orders — creative service projects and art print purchases.
  • To create a payment-processor customer record so we can ship art prints to the correct address and follow up on an order if needed.
  • To authenticate you in the client portal via one-time passcode.
  • To send transactional emails (order confirmations, project updates).
  • To understand overall site usage and improve performance.
  • To comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations under Indian law.

3. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the Site and deliver your order:

  • Razorpay — our payment gateway, for processing payments and holding the shipping/contact details tied to your order. Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant; we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves.
  • Resend — for delivering transactional emails (OTP codes, confirmations).
  • Vercel — our hosting and analytics provider.
  • Slack — used internally by our team to receive notifications of new enquiries or client-portal messages. Slack does not have independent access to your data beyond what is included in that notification.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

4. Data retention

We retain order and customer records for as long as needed to fulfil the order, resolve disputes, and meet our accounting and tax record-keeping obligations under Indian law. Client-portal sessions expire automatically; OTP codes are single-use and time-limited.

5. Cookies

The client portal sets a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookie-less by design.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing rp25@live.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, subject to information we are legally required to retain (such as transaction records for tax purposes).

7. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. International visitors

We are based in India and process information there. If you access the Site from outside India, your information will be transferred to and processed in India.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
